One of my favorite scenes in Doctor Strange is where he expressed frustration to the Ancient One on his progress with the astral arts
She asked how he got good at what he did as a doctor. He answered “study & practice. Years of it.”
To which she just raises an eyebrow.
Mastery of anything requires commitment, learning (and unlearning), practice and repetition.
