OFF-SEASON WARRIORS

Off-season wrestling team developed to help keep kids in shape during off-season along with constant review of fundamentals and developing new skill sets. Practices will be Monday Wednesday and Thursday's 6-8 and we will be working different positions each day and will have a good amount of core work and conditioning in each one as well, along with some games and competitions to keep the kids having some fun!!!
