I believe to build a good community of like minded Karate-ka or martial artists in general, it’s a TWO way street!! Not a one way relationship!

Sensei Ryan Mooney of in Long Beach is a true friend and a supportive member of the very small traditional karate community who has been nothing but positive and supportive.

Nancy his wonderful wife of is also a great friend too never in front of the lens but always there to capture the most memorable moments.

Here is to a great Karate COMMUNITY and friendship. It’s only two dojos but it’s a start.

Ever since the journey of Michael Sugarbomb🍬 .cka began in the kickboxing realm, they have been the single Karate dojo that supports us. Sadly I can’t speak about anyone else the same.

My life long best friend Salah and the Fambam drove all the way from Qatar with and kids to visit us while back home in Bahrain 🇧🇭 last winter break.

We finally got together with both our families after so many years and decades of living in different continents. Going from kids in grade school growing up together and then years later uniting with our families all hanging out like a bunch of best friends who never missed a day or a beat was the most amazing feeling ever! Love you guys ❤️🇧🇭
