🔥 Shane showed up and showed out at NPC Shredded Cheddar! 🔥

He took 1st place in the Masters Division and earned 2nd place in Super Heavyweight Open Bodybuilding — a huge accomplishment and a reflection of his relentless discipline and focus. 💪🏽🏆

This was actually a warm-up show on the road to Nationals in Pittsburgh this July, and it was the perfect way to get stage-ready and sharpen the edge. We’re locked in and more motivated than ever. 💯

Hats off to every athlete who stepped on stage — the commitment it takes to prep for a show is next-level, and it deserves nothing but respect.
