Congratulations to our Senior rider Lilly Fitch who has earned a National Championship title along with $34,000 in college scholarships this past week while competing at YEDA Nationals at the Virginia Horse Center. This was the largest High School class this season with 122 total riders, 28 advanced to the national competition to earn one of 8 slots to ride in the finals.

The Flushing Equestrian team has finished its District 11 meets for 2025. Team members include Seniors Ava Thorsby and Lilly Fitch, Junior Kaylee Bischer, and Sophomore Lilly Bathurst. I am proud of the team's riding accomplishments. Observing Ava Thorsby and Lilly Fitch's progress over four years of senior meets has been a pleasure. I wish them continued success in their equestrian pursuits and achieving their goals.
