We are just ONE WEEK away from tryouts! High school tryouts are on May 4th, and middle school tryouts are on May 5th. Both tryouts will take place from 3:45-4:45 at the track. Email [email protected] with any questions!

Highlights from the 7A South State meet:

- The girls 4x8 team broke 11 for the first time in several years, running a time of 10:58.44!

- The boys 4x8 battled it out in a competitive field, finishing with a time of 9:09.58!

- Vivi Harley competed in the 800m, finishing in 3rd with a 2:22.21! This breaks her own school record that she set just a couple weeks ago and qualifies her to compete at the 7A State Championships!

- In the 3200m, Grace Hoeniges broke her own school record with a time of 11:59.50! She finished in 2nd and qualified for the 7A State Championships!

Incredibly proud of the determination, grit, and effort the distance crew has shown all season long. The future is bright! Go Cougars!
