For the first time ever, this group traveled out of state to compete in a tournament in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and what an experience it was. The boys worked hard, played with heart, built even stronger friendships, and made memories that will last a lifetime. From battling it out on the field, team bonding and closing out each night with swimming, every moment brought them closer together.
The team played 4 great games over the weekend and advanced to the semifinals on Sunday. While the semifinal game ended in a close but tough loss, these players left everything they had on the field and showed tremendous heart, determination, and resilience.
The scoreboard doesn't always tell the full story. This weekend was about growth, teamwork, and representing each other with pride. So proud of every player for the effort, attitude, and heart they showed all weekend long.
Also, huge shoutout to our baseball families and siblings for hanging out all weekend while our boys did their thing! This really is a special group of families that genuinely enjoy being around each other and the siblings all cheered our boys on and played together all weekend!
Our 9u spring season comes to a close where we’ll get a little break then moving on to 10u soon!! The future is bright for this team
