I'd like to give a huge thank you to Wes-Alicia Diaz for taking me along to steel valley wrestling camp . It was a weekend full of hard work, learning, and getting my butt handed to me more than a few times, but I'm incredibly thankful for the experience and everything I was able to take away from it.

Wrestling camps like this remind you how much there is to learn and how much work it takes to improve. I'm grateful for the opportunity, the coaching, and the support.

I'm coming home motivated, humbled, and excited for the upcoming season with Carroll wrestling .
Time to get back to work and keep getting better. 💪🤼
