Tomorrow is Day 1 of ROOTS RUN!

Join us at 2 pm at Hive Holistic Center with The Luv Locz Experiment where Natural Onyx will be opening it up with a journaling exercise that leads into a collaborative Sound Bath with members of the Luv Locz & Hive facilitating together.

Day 1 is about healing ourselves. If we want to make change in the world, the first thing we must do is make change within ourselves!

So Day 1 is all about doing some of that inner work to understand ourselves, heal, and grow!

After Sound Bath we will be having a special Open Mic, Complimentary Meal (while supplies last), and then we will finish with the Luv Locz Village Music Experience where we will all make music as a community!

PARKING INFO - You can park for free on Harrison Street or the Flint Farmers Market Parking Lot (see pic)

We are 3 Days away from Roots Run!!

We are getting so excited to share these workshops, activities, music, and connection with our community here in Flint.

Roots Run is our big event of the month, but we will still be having Artwalk, Men’s group, Sound Bath, and Open Mic.

We will be leaving our downtown location mid-June.

We are moving into more pop-up events that will be at various amazing locations around the city.

Lots of beautiful outdoor events and spaces that are going to be incredible experiences while the weather is supporting us!

What a beautiful Sunday!

We hope you are enjoying it as much as we are. Sound bath, open mic, healthy snacks, and community connection is what the doctor ordered over here!

One of the coolest things about Roots Run is that it is an opportunity for us to create a space to put more of our community into the spotlight and celebrate the diverse beauty that makes Flint, Flint.

Over many years we have been developing relationships with some amazing people here.

Different small businesses, wellness practitioners, artists, makers, healers, chefs…

All coming together to share their passions with the community here in Flint. All united in the fact that what they offer is good for the mind, body, or spirit!

We can say that we have personally received the gifts of each one of these vendors in the past, and that the reason they are here for this festival is because we are sure you'll love them too!

They’re bringing food / products / services / art / offerings that align with everything this event stands for - intentional, local, magical, and real.

So come get a massage.. some art.. a mocktail..a reading...a bite to eat.. enjoy being outside together, and hear some great music with us on Day 2 of Roots Run!

This is how we build a stronger community.. by showing up for each other and CELEBRATING our differences!
