The bench dip is a bodyweight exercise that targets the chest, triceps. and shoulders. This exercise can be performed on any flat, knee-level surface.

1) Place your hands on the edge of the surface. (Turn your hands outward to decrease shoulder strain.)
2) Extend your legs and raise your hips. (The straighter your legs and further forward your foot placement, the greater the difficulty.)
3) Bend your arm at the elbow, lowering your hips toward the floor.
4) Extend your arms and return to the starting position.

📢 TRI🔻20 THIS SATURDAY, JANUARY 24th 📢

From now on, the class theme will be determined by the community. I will take a vote to decide what this weekend's workout will entail. Choose wisely!

Also, my Kickboxing, Resistance Training, HIIT, Functional Training, and Stretching classes are back in session starting today.

Unfortunately we have to cancel Tri20 this Saturday.

I will be back at IHFC for my usual classes the week of 1/19.

Tri20 will resume for our first session of the year on January 24th. Hope to see you there! Let’s make it a big one to bolster some New Year’s resolutions.
