Drywall is going in, and the new pads are on their way!

The flood left an unridable layer of muck on the track, but nothing a shovel can’t fix!

We’re addressing this step by step to ensure it’s safe and fun when you return.

For members with items in lockers:

We’re scheduling a time for pickup on Monday, December 23rd, from 1–4 PM. Feel free to stop by during that window! If you can’t make it, no worries—we’ll schedule additional pickup times and share updates as we post more recovery photos.

Thank you for sticking with us during this transition. The road to reopening is a big one, but we’re committed to creating a stronger, more sustainable gym for our community. We can’t wait to welcome you back soon!

We apologize for the lack of communications. There are a lot of moving parts, and we are working to have a timeline to share with the community on reopening. Although the cleanup is complete, amongst other things, the drywall and electrical need to be repaired and the climbing gym flooring needs to be fabricated and installed.
We are working on reimbursing all members for the $10 freeze fee that was mistakenly charged as well as processing all of the member change requests. If you need to update your membership, please do so through our member change form on our website. Please also sign up for our newsletter to receive further updates.

We miss you all and again apologize for any mishandlings during this very difficult time.

For everyone asking how to help the Riveter, you can donate to the GoFundMe link in bio. This was opened to support the 52 staff & instructors whose livelihood has been removed due to the historic floods from Hurricane Helene. All money raised will be distributed directly to non-owner Riveter crew to help them cover their immediate expenses. As you all know, our amazing crew are the heart and soul of what we call Riveter. They are bright spots out there right now serving in the community and taking care of each other through these unprecedented times. 🖤

Thank you to everyone for all of the love and support. We are heartbroken at the devastation to our community and the region.

Like so many, our business was flooded and we do not have a clear picture of what the future looks like yet. We appreciate all those wanting to help but due to the toxic nature of the water/sludge in the building, we are asking everyone to stay away for now. We are working on a professional remediation service to clean the facility and will update here when we have a timeline of next steps.

Please everyone take care of each other & let’s band together during this devastating time for our entire region and community.

[PARENTS' NIGHT OUT] On September 27th drop the kids off for an evening of play + climbing in the gym. Included in the cost is a climb pass + rentals, supervision with an experienced Riveter Crew member, + pizza dinner. Parents are invited to venture off or stay on-site to climb/ride/yoga! Must register online!
