Check this dude out! In a little over a year he’s transformed himself into a completely different person. Same shirt in both pictures!

Super proud and excited for my dad, he’s getting healthier and becoming a better version of himself in every way! I can’t take full credit for this because he doesn’t always listen to me….(go figure) but he has been eating the way he should and exercising daily! This is what it’s all about living a longer healthier life!
