Curious how to get back into strength training after your race? 🤔
Save this circuit then give it a try and let me know how it feels. (1st circuit = 1st 3 exercises / 2nd circuit = 2nd 3 exercises)
Your upper body should feel more recovered sooner than your lower body, so look to push a bit harder there.
Think light-moderate weight for the lower-body exercises and moderate-heavy by for the upper-body exercises.
Be sure to move through your full Range of Motion on each exercise and have the session feel like a ~7 out of 10 RPE.
