Nora St. John is coming to Santa Cruz July 10-12, and early bird pricing ends this Wednesday, June 11!

Nora - founder of Balanced Body Education and the creator of the Advanced Movement Principles program - is coming to Santa Cruz July 10-12.

I'll be co-teaching alongside her at Monarch Pilates in Pleasure Point - you get both of us in the room for three days, and spots are still available!

Advanced Movement Principles: The Low Back is a 3-day intensive for experienced instructors ready to work more confidently with clients in pain or recovering from injury. Small group, hands-on the whole time.

It's the first module in the series to earn your Advanced Movement Practitioner Certificate, which is basically the grad school equivalent of Pilates continuing education.

I've had the great fortune to have Nora as a mentor for 24 years, and her ability to share knowledge is next level. If you've been curious about AMP or want to see a true veteran educator at work, this is the most accessible way to experience it.

What a truly lovely group of humans I had the honor of teaching last weekend for their first course in the Balanced Body Pilates teacher training program!

I have always loved Movement Principles and I am even more excited to share this course after the recent curriculum update. Thanks for constantly improving and upgrading the teacher training program!

They worked so incredibly hard, and I am proud of each and every one of them!

I am so excited for the upcoming modules!
