In the last 6 years, Cape Fear Wrestling has produced 13 State Championship titles with a 3 time runner-up, 2 MOW's of the State tournament, and in 2024 Cumberland Countys first ever freshman state champion lead by Coach Heath Wilson

What a season it has been!!!
First 2 girl state qualifiersin school history; add in a 3rd and 4th place finish for these ladies!!

Our men had 3 qualify for State, one first time qualifier who is driven for next season and 2 that worked and wrestled their hearts out coming home as State Champs!!!

Proud of the “Starting 5” that represented Cape Fear!!
