J’s Fit Kid Academy is a summer program perfect for kids/youth looking to start living a healthy lifestyle, or athletes training for a sport. Participants will be grouped according to their fitness level. JJ and his team will provide a variety of core, cardio and strength exercises are used to create a high intensity interval training program (HIIT). Combining strength and agility exercises will build and maintain total body strength while also increasing stamina.

Trainings will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30-10:30am. Private sessions also available, message us for more info.
