I'm still here. Still committed. Still training on a Saturday morning ☀️
In the last few years I've changed my approach to fitness a lot. I train twice a week sprinkled with Saturday boot camps (because your girl loves accountability ). I prioritize sleep above everything. I perform less cardio and lift more. I focus on movement I enjoy - like dancing. I watch what I eat and if I miss a workout, I don't think much about it. I perform breathwork and pray often. And I'm obsessed with strength training. Muscle increases your metabolism, protects your bones, improves your posture and keeps you youthful.
This Fit Mom journey has been amazing and I want to encourage other moms to never give up on you. No matter what it looks like!
Don't stop. Keep going. Change it up. Break the rules. Follow your gut. Don't beat yourself up.
