Starting in April you will have the opportunity to join a community of people who want to exercise in a more natural environment. Trail running is a sure way to enjoy nature in a healthy, active, and free way. Every saturday or sunday we will pick a new trail to run whether it be in ohiopyle, casparis, laurel ridge, or any other trails you might suggest. Thanks for your interest!

Due to weather being cold and snowy we're going to postpone the first trail run/hike to next Saturday (4/16/16) which happens to be national opening day for trails. It will be same time same place just a much nicer day. Hope to see you all there on the 16th at 9am.
