⚽️ Welcome Coach Christian to Farmington Boys Soccer! ⚽️
Please join us in welcoming our new Farmington Boys Soccer Head Coach.
A proud alum and former player at Edina High School, Coach Christian brings a strong competitive background and a true passion for developing student-athletes. Most recently, he served as Assistant Coach at Breck School during the 2024 and 2025 seasons, helping lead the team to its first State Tournament appearance in over a decade.
With experience coaching club players from U9 through U17 and holding a USSF C License, Coach Christian is committed to building well-rounded athletes. His background also includes coaching A-level youth hockey and track & field, reflecting his belief in multi-sport development.
Beyond athletics, Coach Christian is a licensed secondary educator, currently teaching 5th grade, and serves as Middle School Director at Edina Ultimate—where the high school program has finished 2nd in the nation the past two years. He is also pursuing his Master’s in Educational Leadership.
Coach Christian’s philosophy centers on determination, maturity, and strong team connection. He emphasizes playing with passion, supporting teammates through adversity, and building a culture rooted in empathy, accountability, and trust. His leadership will challenge players to grow not only as athletes, but as individuals on and off the field.
Outside of coaching and teaching, he enjoys cheering on Minnesota United FC, the Minnesota Wild, and being part of Minnesota’s vibrant sports community.
We’re excited to welcome Coach Christian to Farmington and can’t wait to see the energy, leadership, and vision he brings to the program!
