Y’ALL READY TO KICKABS?!?!

THE RETURN OF KICKABS IS HERE!!! After years away… we are BACK and we’re kicking this season off the only way we know how — BIG ENERGY, GREAT MUSIC, COMMUNITY, and a whole lotta SWEAT!

DJ Steel and I are back outside and starting this thing off with KICKABS IN THE PARK! This isn’t just a class… it’s a whole vibe. Intense cardio kickboxing, ab work, music that keeps you moving, and energy that reminds you just how strong you really are.

But hear me when I say this… THIS IS JUST THE WARM UP. 👀
The KICKABS TOUR is loading and we’re taking this movement to SO many places this season. New cities. New energy. Same standard. Same sweat.

If you joined us last month we’re inviting you back to test your progress and see how far you’ve come.

If you have been curious about HYROX or thinking about competing, this is your chance to experience the challenge, understand the format, and see where your fitness currently stands. This test is FOR TIME ⏱️ so bring the effort, the grit, and let’s see what you’re made of.

Words can’t even express the feeling of crossing the finish line with my brother

We have already shared many words on this journey together however we were excited to be able to share our testimony with the many people that have watched us in training.

15 weeks ago my big bro called me to ask if he thought he could do this “Hyrox thing” at the age of 52. He knew who to ask.. Ofcourse I said yes and I sent him to the gym for 2 weeks to see what type of program he would need. When he started he wasn’t running at all and couldn’t even do a wall ball. Not to mention his back had not been his best friend in the past…. 13 weeks later he was running miles and throwing up 20 wall balls unbroken.. Unfortunately 2 weeks out from race day he gets diagnosed with Mortons Neuroma (nerve damage in foot) however there was no turning back. With lots of prayer, recovery and stretching he showed up on June 4th ready to finish what he started and he knew I had his back!

As we sat while waiting on our race time we reflected on how much this training time was a blessing to us both. Together we have built an even stronger bond than we had before, daily wins, tribulations, motivation and accountability. The self love that we individually gave to ourselves and the mission. The lives we had inspired by just saying we were going to do something and finishing what we started!!! God truly gets all the glory as he couldn’t have set this up any better to have such a story of sisterly/brotherly love, self love, resilience, accountability, partnership, discipline, self belief and most importantly FAITH! God gets all the glory for this TESTIMONY! I freaking love you big bro and as I told you before it was an absolute pleasure to share this experience with you and cross that finish line together! We are only warming up! What’s next AND who’s next?
