What an incredible day at our Robotics Expo! We were excited to showcase the hard work, creativity, and innovation of our robotics students while also welcoming the talented team from Downsville Charter School. Their students demonstrated an impressive variety of projects, including their SeaPerch underwater robots, drones, and LEGO robots.

Our team was proud to introduce our Rookie FRC robot, “Doc,” along with our two REV DUO 2 robots and share what our students have been building and learning throughout the season. From live demonstrations to hands-on conversations about engineering and technology, the expo was filled with excitement, teamwork, and inspiration.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success. We’re proud to celebrate STEM, collaboration, and the future of robotics together! 🚀

Our FARMBots are doing some big things!

In just 30 days, our team transformed a box of parts and pieces into a fully functional robot. These kids are inspiring and they demonstrate the perseverance sought by big employers and industrial machine companies.

The Union Parish High School FARMBOts robotics team is hosting a fundraiser to help students compete in a spring competition. The team hopes to raise at least $5,000.

🚜🤖 The FARMBots Are Getting Started! 🤖🚜

This past Thursday, the Union Parish High School FARMBots 11107 got to visit MAGNAtech 3468 Robotics at West Monroe High School, and it was an awesome experience! 🌟

We learned a ton about the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC): how teams design, build, and program their robots, and what it takes to compete. Seeing everything up close definitely got us inspired!

A huge shoutout to MAGNAtech 3468 for being so welcoming and for gifting us a robot to take home! 🤯 We can’t wait to start learning from it, get hands-on with building, and grow our skills as a new team.

Big thanks again to MAGNAtech for the support! We’re ready to get to work and make Union Parish proud! 💪💛🖤

🚌The FARMBots traveled to Bearcat Territory this past Monday night to see what a successful FRC team can really do when they all work together!

🔌They got a special introduction to coding, woodworking, electrical wiring, assembly, and the ever wonderful world of media promotion!

🤖Last, but certainly not least, the FARMBots got to test drive the Bearcat Robotics 2025 robot from the REEFSCAPE challenge earlier this year.
