Well spring Turkey season is just around the corner and it's about time to annoy the wife with the practicing of turkey calls, me and the neighbors have been cutting wood just to pass the time until it's time to get back in the woods and chase down the mighty thunder chicken. I hope all of you will be safe and enjoy the spring mornings we are about to experience.

Well I'm walking again, Thank the good Lord. Trying to get this muzzle loader to shoot tight groups and it does not want to, it's amazing to me you put up a gun in the safe take it out the next year and you can't hit the broadside of a barn if you were standing inside of it with all the doors and windows closed. I think it's the scope after new powder, different loads, different primers and bullets. I love it when a $400.00 scope on a muzzle loader just stops working, 5 X 15 X 50 Bushnell 3500 elite would make a good boat anchor. Whats happening today, Rain, Rain, Rain, don't come back another day.

First day in the trees and the last, I injured myself getting out of my climber, after getting in and out of these things for 30 years you can still be stupid and mess up. This mistake will probably cost me the first bow season, BUMMER. I hate getting OLD!!!!
Even now I am reminded that for some reason this is for my good, thank you Lord for the heath I have for warm food in my belly and a roof over my head, GOD IS GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My girls helping me shoot a mean 50 yard group, it helps me when shortround circles my feet while I shoot, it makes just enough distraction to make it difficult, LOL.
