I made the SCTP International Team. 🇺🇸
Words I didn’t think I would ever say. Anyone who is close to me knows that I was dead set on not learning another discipline. With the only Bunker in our area being 3 hours away, I didn’t think there was any chance I could do well in this game. After participating in our State Championship and getting a little taste for what this sport was about I decided about 2 weeks ago to sign up to compete in the event at nationals.
Fast forward to today (my 8th time ever shooting the game) I shot my way to finals and finished silver for women. 🥈
I am very grateful to my parents and all the people who have helped guide us through this event. There were many moments we were looking around clueless and we were met with an overwhelming amount of support and care.
I am not entirely sure what the future holds but I am excited to take advantage of an opportunity that God has placed in my life. 🤍
