Our MDBD crew includes 2 instructors that encourage dancers to put aside inhibition's of "my body can't do that" and challenge themselves with the beautiful movement art of Belly Dance! Alicia started belly dancing in college and has taught Belly Dance on and off for 10 years. She was also a member of Amber Waves belly dance troupe based in Fargo. She decided to get back into teaching and brought

Belly Dance to the FM area with MinDak Belly Dance being established in 2021. She learned and taught American Tribal Style (ATS) while at NDSU and has loved studying other styles of belly dance. She enjoys creating a firm foundation for beginners and wants to pass along a passion for dance! Hannah has been dancing for 15 years and teaching in informal settings for over 10 years. She has dabbled in different styles like Tribal, Cabaret, Egyptian and folkloric, but takes a “nondenominational” approach to teaching. She loves that belly dance encourages dancers to connect movement to music. Together, Alicia and Hannah will make sure your belly dance experience is shimmy-tastic!

We wanted to share a vibrant photo montage from the Fae Circus 2026 event! Once again, huge thanks to FM Aerial Movement Arts for providing such a fantastic performance opportunity—the artistry really made the day unforgettable. Brewhalla offered the perfect setting, with its beautiful venue adding to the magic of the experience. And a special shout-out to Sayward's Photography for capturing these incredible candid moments; each shot is bursting with color and truly breathtaking.
