It's officially time to list Stewart. He has done nothing but prove that he is ready to find his person!

Some horses need a carefully written job description before they'll agree to participate.
Stewart did not get that memo.
Want to trail ride? Great.
Want to go to a horse show? Sounds fun.
Want to splash through every body of water you can find? His favorite activity.
Want to spend the day hanging out in the barn with your handsome new boyfriend? Also acceptable.
At just four years old, Stewart has already proven himself to be the kind of horse that meets new experiences with curiosity. He is going nicely in the ring at the walk, trot, and canter, is beginning to understand consistency in contact and softness, and has naturally comfortable gaits that make him a pleasure to ride. With his great brain and willing attitude, dressage, eventing, ranch riding, or really anything could easily be in his future.
He's been hauled to trail rides and hunter paces where he happily leads or follows. Though he is a pretty slow goer, he'd generally prefer to fall to the back and embrace the draft horse side of his heritage. He attended a ranch horse show where he placed in the green horse classes and has gone to a hunter show despite only being LITGHLY started over fences. He has traveled on overnight trips, seen cattle, and generally approaches life with the attitude of, "Well, this seems interesting."
While he may never apply for a full-time cow horse position, he wasn't bothered by cattle one bit. Hunters, jumpers, ranch riding, dressage, eventing, pleasure riding, trail riding. Stewart isn't particularly picky about his future career path.
What makes him special is how easy he is to bring along. He is still young and green, so he is not suitable for a complete beginner, but he is the type of horse that tries to understand rather than argue. In Stewart fashion, he can occasionally gets a little wiggly between the reins, not because he's being difficult, but because he's trying so hard to earn an A+ on an assignment he doesn't fully understand yet. The effort is there, sometimes before the coordination is. As he continues to gain strength, confidence, and mileage, he's putting the pieces together more and more every ride. He has a great brain, comfortable gaits, a natural jump, and the kind of attitude that makes you excited to spend time with him every day.
And then there is Barn Stewart.
Barn Stewart deserves his own fan club.
He is social without being obnoxious, loves attention without demanding it, and is respectful enough that you can actually enjoy being around him. Tie him to a trailer, wall, or tree and he'll stand there patiently instead of inventing new and creative ways to test your anxiety levels. He's great in the cross ties, easy in the wash stall, and might be the world's most qualified pasture companion. If your horse struggles to make friends, Stewart is ready to volunteer as their emotional support animal.
In the interest of full disclosure, Stewart does have one vice. He believes clippers should come with a proper introduction and a discussion about everyone's feelings beforehand. He will clip, but he'd much rather you take things slow and easy than show up with clippers buzzing and a surprise attack plan. Considering how agreeable he is about literally everything else, I think that's a pretty fair trade.
