It is an exhausting way to live.

Be perfect 100% of the time, because one single mistake will erase years of hard work?

Back when I was in corporate America, this was my daily reality.

You can be a rockstar for 36 months straight. But the second you make a mistake... you are suddenly back at square one, trying to prove your worth all over again.

The fear of that one mistake is the cause of sleepless nights.

It is why so many questions are asked by business partners.

In the accounting world, Ops and Marketing think we are a "pain in the butt."💥 Without realizing accountants aren't trying to be difficult.

They are just the ones who have to face the CEO when the numbers are wrong.

It doesn't matter what your profession is; if you are losing sleep because you are terrified of missing something, you don't need a time-management hack. You need to regulate your nervous system.

We can pretend to be strong... Wear a corporate mask, march to the office, or show up with a big smile on a Zoom call...

But in reality, when our personal life is falling apart, we are not ourselves.

I just want to remind you: let it fall apart, because YOUR person is heading your way.

How the freak can we achieve the balance?

First, look at where the imbalance is. Sometimes it's easier than you think... It can take just a step to identify which area of your life is depleting your energy.

Second, slowly start figuring out why and what you can do with that information. Don't make any drastic decisions; instead, start making simple changes in your life.

Third, start doing at least 10% of what you know, read, or listen to, and you'll see an 80% change. Take actions!
