It was great to support our Hockey girls last night!

The team has been doing in-season training with our Parisi Speed school. We focus on flexibility and mobility while also doing general strength training to flush out soreness and give them the edge they need to compete all year.

The game didn’t go the way we wanted but we are a very young team and the drive to compete and win is unmatched. Cant wait to get back to work💪🏻💪🏻

Christmas break shows everyone what Parisi is all about. Bringing kids from all ages and different stages, letting them compete safely and efficiently.

Bringing in our college kids that were in parisi in High school is an amazing advantage. “Show me your Freinds and I’ll show you your future”. These kids surround themselves with kids with goals, ambitions and the want to keep showing up and getting better.

Parisi helps kids unlock their full potential and reach new levels they didn’t know they had. Kids that are hungry to get better at an early is a great thing but over training is something that over looked and the kids don’t understand the ricks. Using great coaches and a great program will help your kids understand patience and not just focus on ego lifting, this will keep the kids safe and of course create the best environment to get better.
