tha Yoga and my Yoga ShapeShifting Practice was “The Dark before the Dawn”. I always thought if I could stand on my neck again in Locust Posture that my spine would be okay. My spine doctor would be wrong about my future. The years in between the car accident and the photo of me in Locust Posture were not pretty. They were hard...they were different degrees of painful and sometimes scary. I kept most of my suffering to myself...just hold a High Vision. I just had to figure out a way to get out of pain and save my life, my spine, my yoga practice and my heart. The time I spent alone working on “Body Part by Body Part” was hours a day. Everyday! I made it. It took time and daily practice with high hopes for myself for my life. What I did has become Yoga ShapeShifting. (Everything needs a title nowadays...) There are so MANY of your master teachers and yoga champions and yoga competition coaches that have benefitting from my work...and my figuring out how to stand on my neck again...

I remember what I had to do to get there again...
I am always and forever giving Thanks to God for my Guidance
