Lady N.O.V.A. Fastpitch has a limited number of roster opportunities remaining for our 2027 14U and 16U teams as we prepare for a competitive season that includes high-level tournaments, showcase events, and college exposure opportunities.

If your athlete is looking for more than just another team—if she's looking for a coach who will challenge her, develop her, and prepare her for the next level both on and off the field—we'd love to talk.

From the very beginning, we have believed that direction dictates destiny. Today, we are proud to announce the next evolution of our program as we transition from SYC VA Lady Legends to Lady NOVA Fastpitch.

While our name has changed, our commitment to the growth and development of our athletes has never been stronger. We are moving toward a future where our players don’t just compete—they lead. We are redefining the youth athlete experience by prioritizing character, vision, and the pursuit of one's own True North.

Our Core Philosophy:

We aren't just building teams—we're building confident athletes, resilient leaders, and competitors who are ready to navigate the game at the highest level.

Whether your goal is to develop your skills, compete against top competition, or prepare for high school and college softball, our experienced coaching staff is committed to helping every athlete reach her potential.
