Take a few minutes to breathe🧘

Breathing has been shown to help promote the nervous system reset by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, aka rest and digest. Not all breath exercises work for everyone, so we've put together a few of our favorites. Pick one you like and follow it as many times as you need.
