Dear Fellow Trail Runners,

I would like to thank you all for many years of great trail running. Trail running has helped me stay in touch with old friends and gain many new friends. Trail running has gotten me through some of the most challenging times in my life. Unfortunately, I believe it is time for me to hang up the sneakers.

PLEASE PARTICIPATE IN OUR SURVEY!

I have added Liz Allen as an admin to this page, as she is a great trail runner with much to share. She has already hosted the last two trail runs and is such a great talent for this group.

Between the two of us, we hope to grow interest in the group. Liz and I discussed sending out a survey to gauge interest in upcoming runs to increase participation.

So, here we go, please reply in the comments on what will get you on the trails.

1. What time do you like to run (before 8am, late morning, afternoon, evening)?

2. What days would you like to run?

3. What distance do you like to run (3m, 5m, 7m or more)?

We had a great run today at Big River. Thank you Liz for leading the way!

7.6 miles of soft single-track paradis! We only got one picture ( Distancing) and will be more diligent next time.

Liz has volunteered to host another run. We will be looking for time in June or early July and will target Arcadia, in Exeter.

We have been running quite a bit on the northern trails in RI and southern MA. Looking for someone willing to sponsor a trail run in a new spot.

Any volunteers? Looking for maybe Big River or the Blue Hills.
