Important conference news: the conference season has been reduced by 1 match. This means we have 6 matches to make our mark, starting 9/13/14. Once the full schedule is known I will post it. This means teams that can make a quick start will go far.....just one of MANY reasons to get out to the captain's practice on 6/22!!!

By my count, we have 138 DAYS, before our first match.

Remember all we accomplished this spring:
5-1 in 15s competition
3-1 in 7s compeition

Maintain the "chip on the shoulder" all summer. IMPROVE CONDITIONING. Play summer 7s. IMPROVE CONDITIONING. Attend summer sessions. IMPROVE CONDITIONING. If you need help with an off-season workout program (speed, strength, endurance), please reach out and we will get the appropriate program for you.

Everyone will have a role; remember, you are all a part of something bigger. Make it a point to prove it in the Fall.
