*PROPOSAL LETTER: DEVELOPMENT OF THE THIRD DIVISION LEAGUE*

*Subject: PROPOSAL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND SUSTAINABILITY OF THE THIRD DIVISION LEAGUE*

Dear Mr President

On behalf of Dizayus FC and the entire Third Division family, I write to propose key interventions that will strengthen the Third Division League and secure the future of football in our country.

The Third Division is the foundation of our football pyramid. It is where most clubs, players, and coaches begin. However, clubs at this level continue to face serious challenges that limit growth.

*1. KEY CHALLENGES IDENTIFIED*
1. *High cost of transportation* for away fixtures
2. *Lack of basic equipment* - balls, kits, first aid
3. *Inconsistent fixtures and poor communication*
4. *Limited technical support* for coaches and referees
5. *Low visibility and sponsorship* for clubs

*2. PROPOSED SOLUTIONS*
We respectfully propose that the Federation considers the following:

*A. Structure & Competition*
- Regionalize the league to reduce costs, with a national playoff for promotion
- Publish a fixed season calendar 1 month before kickoff
- Ensure transparent and merit-based promotion to 2nd Division

*B. Financial Support*
- Annual club development grant:D50,000- D100,00per club for equipment
- Transport subsidy or fuel allowance for away games
- Prize money and fair play awards to incentivize performance
- Package the 3rd Division for corporate sponsorship as "Grassroots Football"

*C. Infrastructure & Technical*
- Provide 10 match balls + 2 sets of training bibs to each club yearly
- Support access to municipal pitches at subsidized rates
- Free annual D-License coaching courses and referee training for 3rd Div
- Create a centralized player registration database

*D. Governance & Visibility*
- Conduct club licensing workshops on finance, compliance, and administration
- Implement a simple digital results system via WhatsApp/Google Sheets
- Weekly "3rd Division Roundup" on Federation media platforms
- Organize scouting days with 1st and 2nd Division clubs

*3. QUICK WINS FOR THIS SEASON*
We propose 4 immediate actions that require minimal budget but will have maximum impact:
1. Direct and timely payment of referee allowances
2. Distribution of basic equipment to all clubs
3. Regional grouping of teams
4. Launch of a central communication/results platform

*4. EXPECTED OUTCOME*
With these interventions, in 3-5 years we will see:
- More stable and professional clubs
- Better trained players, coaches, and referees
- Increased fan engagement and sponsorship
- A stronger pipeline of talent for 2nd and 1st Division

The Third Division does not require millions. It requires *consistency, modest support, and respect*. Investing here is investing in the future of national football.

To Our Players, Coaching Staff, Management, President, and Our Incredible Fans,

As difficult as today feels, I want every single one of us to hold our heads high.

Losing a final hurts. There is no denying that. We all dreamed of lifting that trophy, and it’s painful that it didn’t happen. But one result does not erase everything we achieved together this season.

To our players—thank you. You fought with courage, commitment, and heart from the first match until the final whistle of the season. You represented this badge with pride, and no one can take that away from you. Finals are won and lost, but character is built in moments like these. This defeat does not define you. Stand tall because you have made us proud.

To our head coach and the entire technical staff—thank you for your hard work, sacrifices, and dedication throughout the season. Your leadership brought us to a final, and that is an achievement in itself.

To our management team and especially our President, thank you for believing in this project and giving your time, energy, and support every step of the way. Success is built through patience, unity, and commitment.

To our amazing fans, thank you for standing with us from Day One until the very end. Your chants, encouragement, and unwavering support meant everything to the team. We are truly grateful.

Remember this: Not every final is meant to be won, but every final teaches champions how to become stronger. We may have lost the trophy, but we gained experience, unity, respect, and belief.

Hard luck, DizaYus FC!

It was a hard-fought battle, but unfortunately, luck was not on our side. Despite the result, I couldn’t be prouder of how far this team has come in this year’s 3rd Division Playoffs.

Hold your heads high. My family and I are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved this season. You gave your all on the field, showed great determination, and represented DizaYus FC with pride. While today’s performance wasn’t enough to take us to the next stage, it does not define the remarkable journey you’ve had this season.

Stay focused, keep working hard, and continue believing in yourselves. Better days are ahead, and I wish each and every one of you the very best in your future endeavors.

I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to our General Manager, Head Coach, technical staff, players, and our incredible fans. Your dedication, sacrifice, and unwavering support throughout the season have been truly invaluable. Thank you for believing in DizaYus FC and standing with us every step of the way.

It was not the result we wanted but this is what god Almighty destinated us and we will take it with good faith and come back stronger next season by god grace.

After that solid wonderful performance by the boy's we definitely don't deserved the lose, but this is football never say never and you never know it will end or how it will end.

We only go to Boxba Min Stadium with one consent that is to win and bring the trophy 🏆 back home to our people's but god Almighty said no it's not yet your time.

It's a painful lose with a magnificent performance, we have nothing else more to say than to say thank you so much to our extrem player's Fan's sympathize and every lover of this beloved team .

Thank you to all, A big thanks goes to the management especially president Yusupha Bojang, General manager Karamo sarjo, Our reliable manager Jerreh Daffeh our reliable media team player's coaches, Fan's once again for you all the unwavering support and efforts.

The journey didn't end here our season is over for 2025-26 but the journey will continue come next season by god grace.
