FREE BOXING CLASSES!
Come get some exercise and enjoy the nice fall weather!
We're planning on meeting in the Bear River Greenway parking lot at 10am on Saturday.
All 14+ (younger okay with adult supervision) are welcome regardless of skill or fitness level.
This event is recurring until the heavy snow hits.
Bring a water bottle, weather appropriate work out clothes, sneakers and boxing gloves/wraps if you have them.
