Welcome to Humboldt Throws. We intend to provide a clearinghouse for local track and field throwers to explore techniques and drills to facilitate those throwers reaching their potential as an athlete. This page is not an exhaustive source for all throwing videos/articles/links but it will be a place for people to come and research the throwing events, equipment and training resources.
