South Eugene Babe Ruth Baseball, Eugene, OR (2026)

09/17/2026

Dear South Eugene Babe Ruth community,

I hope you all had a great summer! We have some big plans for SEBR's new home field at Kincaid Park. To ensure our kids and coaches have a great place to practice and build skills, we need to plant grass, build a batting cage and make a number of other field improvements. The SEBR board is planning some fundraising activities starting with Bingo Night at the Shedd Institute on Friday, November 13th! Here are the details:

Doors open/ Cash Bar: 5:30pm

We encourage you to invite your friends and families to win some prizes and support a great cause!

*Please note that this event is reserved for guests aged 21 and up. We love all the kids, but this event is just for the grown-ups!

If you cannot attend the Bingo Night, we understand. However, we could still use your support. Improving Kincaid Park will take a tremendous effort and we need all the help possible. Come play games, eat, and celebrate the close of a fun Spring SEBR Baseball season!!

05/23/2026

Dear South Eugene Baseball Players, Families, and Friends:

While the spring season comes to a close this week, our work on the baseball diamond continues, and this time, it's not limited to players. Through the help and generosity of one of our many SEHS baseball supporters--Barre3 Studio Owner Jessica Neely--I wanted to announce the first annual Barre3 on the Baseball Diamond Event fundraiser.

Barre3 is hosting a donation-based, outdoor class on our baseball field from 10-11am on May 30! Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness. No experience necessary! (I'm also going to urge all my players to attend the workout!)
Your $15 minimum donation (paid with registration) supports the SEHS Baseball program to upgrade our baseball facilities and assist with uniforms and other baseball gear for next spring, and also earns you a free in-studio class at barre3 Eugene at Oakway Center. Palace Bakery has also agreed to donate coffee at the event for those who need an extra pick-me-up before or after.

More information, including registration details, can be found HERE at Barre3's website.

Please spread the word, and stay tuned for social media posts and other announcements. A very special thank you to Jessica Neely (Barre3) and Billy Truelove (Palace Bakery).

See you there!

Go South!
