Get ready for an extra dose of doggie love! These adorable adoptable dogs from Many Miles 2 Home Dog Rescue will be joining us for Rescue Dog Yoga tomorrow, and they’re looking for their forever families. 🏡

From snuggly couch companions to playful explorers, these sweet rescue dogs are ready to steal hearts (and probably a few yoga mats 😆).

Come stretch, relax, laugh, and soak up all the doggie cuddles while helping support rescue dogs in need. Who knows… your new best friend might just be waiting for you! 🐾❤️

Slowly. Quietly. Curling out of the body until one day you realize you can finally breathe again.

Blue moons have always been associated with heightened emotion, endings, revelation, and transformation.

Not because they magically change your life overnight.
Because they tend to illuminate what your soul is already struggling to carry.

The identity that no longer fits.
The attachment you keep trying to revive.

This Saturday, we gather beneath the Blue Full Moon for an evening of candlelight, Yoga Flow, Yoga Nidra, deep exhale, and space to release what has been sitting heavily on your spirit.

Designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect, this 21+ experience invites you to welcome the moon’s energy through movement, stillness, nature, and meaningful community.

✨ Doors open at 7 PM to enjoy snacks, activities, the community fire pit, and time to settle into the space before class begins.

Sculpt is my Lagree-inspired, mat-based class designed to bring you the same slow burn, deep shake, and full-body challenge, no machine required.

We use controlled movement, time under tension, and strategic props to target muscles in a way that builds real strength, endurance, and definition. If you know, you know that the shake is coming!

When coincidences start stacking up, it stops being coincidence.

One unexpected moment might feel random. Two might make you pause. But when the same themes, people, or opportunities keep appearing again and again, it usually means something deeper is unfolding.

Life has a way of guiding us through patterns. The right conversation shows up at the right time. A message appears exactly when you need it. A door opens just as you are ready to walk through it.

These moments are often signals asking you to pay attention.

The more aware you become, the more you begin to recognize that what once felt like coincidence is actually alignment.

Part of the work I do with clients is helping them slow down long enough to see those patterns clearly. Through coaching and intuitive tarot guidance, we explore what those repeating signs may be pointing toward and how you can move forward with more confidence and clarity.

What if the situation is not actually difficult, but your belief about it is?

This insight from Darryl Anka reminds us that life events are often neutral. The challenge usually comes from the meaning we attach to them. When we believe something is overwhelming, unfair, or impossible, our mind and body respond as if it truly is.

But when we shift the belief, the experience begins to change. The same situation can reveal new possibilities, creative solutions, and a path forward that once felt blocked.

This is a big part of the work I do with clients. Through private coaching, yoga nidra, and intuitive tarot guidance, we explore the beliefs that may be holding you back and reconnect you with the strong, capable version of yourself that already exists.

Well… the big 3-8 is happening this Friday! And honestly, I can't think of a better way to celebrate than by practicing yoga with all of you!

Movement. Breath. Community. A little laughter. Maybe a few wobbly balances. That sounds like a pretty perfect birthday to me.
