Collage is one of the most accessible forms of art, all you will need is glue, scissors, paper and images that represent your goals and dreams (or whatever you’re working toward right now).

finally updated my website to include my new online class schedule:

ALL levels flow based practice where we will create balance within as well as throughout our bodies through movement, breath work and guided meditation. I incorporate core strengthening, total body conditioning, and offer modifications for those new to yoga.

Dear Friends, I’ve been on the struggle bus physically and mentally lately, as I navigated most of November with the worst insomnia I have ever encountered (rarely sleeping more than three hours at a time). I write this to encourage you, in this most difficult past two years, let us remember to harness our power where we can; let us choose to move with grace and compassion as much as possible. As we move toward the darker days of winter, let us find silver linings, wherever & whenever we can, and allow those glimmers of hope to guide us toward more light and love 💛

On a bright side, I surrendered to my insomnia and was able to finish the collection of 7 collages I started while I completed 500 hours yoga teacher training last year AND it will be on display January through March ❤️‍🔥
