How to build a USA BMX track…

I mean, it’s gotta start somewhere!

It’s happening! Today is the day!! I would love to just drop down a bunch of rock and invite everybody to come and race, but you need bathrooms and cold drinks and a place to park your car and rest!

It starts with permits with a DEQ and a septic tank that will handle the public. Ohh and land clearing, ohh and $20,000.

Hey friends, I apologize that it’s been so long, but there hasn’t been a lot of direct updates that would interest you.
I’m starting to get more into USA BMX territory as I build out the infrastructure on my property, so I thought it was time to revive this page and let you know that I’m still here fighting for it that I’m still building it and then I’m sorry that it’s taking so long.

My name is Jenni Dietsch, and I am the one working towards building the next USA BMX track here in Oklahoma.

I started planning this project a couple of years ago, but because I do not have government funding like most of the tracks do, I’ve been working towards finding a way to sustain the operation on private land. It’s taking a long time but it’s happening.

Just to recap, Pitsky BMX is formally sanctioned with USA BMX. We’ve already signed the contracts. They are just waiting for me to build it.

The difference between my track and 98% of the other tracks in the entire country is that my track will sit on private property with opportunities that you cannot get in a city park or government land.

If you’d like to learn more about what Pitsky BMX will look like, I’ll add a link to my website in the comments.

What’s happening in the video is the first step to the infrastructure needed to accommodate the crowds that will visit Pitsky BMX. Our track will be national capable and will be surrounded by the most unique setup in the country.
I can’t wait for you to see it.
In the meantime, say hello to Bradley, who is drawing plans and taking samples to send to the DEQ so that way we can install a certified septic tank to accommodate the crowds.

Now that I’m reviving the page I’ll be updating regularly on the progress. The first thing I have to do is put in a septic tank and build a road. The next thing I have to do is build a public bathroom, and at the same time, I’ll be building out headquarters for USA BMX. Once I finish the infrastructure, I’ll start working on the track equipment and the start hill.

I am new to the community of USA BMX though my son Sebastian is very familiar as he travels the country to participate in as many national events as he can.
Pitsky BMX will be on highway nine in Eufaula, Oklahoma directly across from the Mcintosh county fairgrounds.
If you’d like for more information, please feel free to email [email protected], and I’d love to chat with any families that are already involved with USA BMX that would like to get more involved with the track here in Eufaula.
I’m looking forward to making this happen and working with all of you in the future.
Please spread the word and share with your friends because the more people are aware that Pitsky BMX is being born the more quickly it will grow.

ISO STARTUP SPONSORS

This was the original design. Just as I was about to start begging the world to help me build a track, 4 acres of property along the highway, attached to the future BMX site, came up for sale and put the project on hold.
But now that we have 4 additional acres, Billy said he will build us a national track. I guess I’m going to have to earn my way into national status.

I spoke with Billy this morning about the design and he wants to design the new track as we build it.

The track will be located on highway 9 directly across from the McIntosh County Fairgrounds. We are a half mile from down town Lake Eufaula in the heart of the Largest lake in Oklahoma, surrounded by beaty and small town vibes.

First up, drainage and dirt. Billy said we can begin with the start hill because when you drive over the bridge from the lake to enter this side of highway 9 you will be able to see the start hill for the track.

In order to make this happen, I need eyes on this project. I need community involvement. I need BMX community involvement, I need volunteers, sponsors from businesses that can help build a track that want to wear their logo on the tracks fence line, telling the world that they’re founding donors to the greatest thing that happens to this area of Oklahoma.

You in? Let’s do this!

This is USA BMX track designer talking about plans for the track. I am just waiting on the official design. The original track wasn’t to be a national size, but since I added 4 more acres of property to the mix well, go big or go home…
