⚓️ Great summer full of development and major improvements for our middle school players!

⚾️Over the past two months, our middle school baseball players have been hard at work alongside the EHS baseball team, taking part in speed and agility drills, foundational weight room exercises focused on form and range of motion, throwing programs, and baseball specific training!

It has been a great summer of building for our middle school athletes that will have major impacts on their future, as well as their team.

We hope everyone has a great rest of their summer break! ⚓️

⚓️Please join us in welcoming our new Head Coach, Matthew Grilliot!

🐅 We wanted to extend a warm welcome to our newest Admiral Moorer Middle School head baseball coach, Matthew Grilliot!

⚾️Coach Grilliot graduated from Opelika High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in History Education from Troy University. Prior to taking the lead of the AMMS baseball team, he was Pike County’s varsity infield coach and the head JV baseball coach as well!

⚾️Coach Grilliot is excited to bridge the gap between the middle school and high school programs and develop our student athletes into successful ball players on the field and leaders within the classroom and community!

⚓️Congratulations to our new 2026-2027 AMMS baseball team members!

There will be a mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, May 19 at 5:30pm in the Eufaula High School multi purpose room. Please plan to attend this event!

We look forward to seeing our new members and getting to work in the future.

⚓️Reminder, tryouts will be at the EHS baseball field this Wednesday at 4:00pm. If you do not have a physical on file/in Dragonfly, please bring a copy with you as this is a required item.

Full baseball attire is recommended to include cleats, turfs/tennis shoes, pants, belt, hat, shirts tucked in ready to go at 4:00pm!

⚓️AMMS baseball tryouts for the 2027 season will be held next Wednesday at 4:00pm at the EHS baseball field. All participants must have an up to date physical. Appropriate baseball attire is recommended.

⚓️Come out this weekend for the final home game of the season as the Admirals face off against Beulah at 11:00am and 1:00pm. The Admirals are looking to finish the season 10-1!

The weather is shaping up to be great so plan to come out to Eufaula High School this weekend!!

The Admirals look to advance their record to 8-0 this Tuesday! Make plans to come out and support our guys for their first home game of the season. Game one against Carroll starts at 4:30pm and game two will be played right after! ⚓️

⚓️ The Admirals took the win tonight against Russell County 13-3, making their record 3-0 on the season! Thanks to everyone who was able to travel to support our players tonight!
