We were excited by the great turnout for Beyond the Mask!

Dr. Benjamin Lehmkulh from Florida Gulf Coast ENT and Allergy taught us how sleep apnea affects our overall health and shared many therapies beyond CPAP that can help us breathe easier, sleep better, and improve our quality of life.

Twenty-five years later, we remember those who never came home, the families who still carry their loss, and the spirit of unity that brought our country together in the days that followed.

Enjoying Our Newly Resurfaced Courts!

This morning, some of our members were enjoying a beautiful day of tennis on our newly resurfaced courts!

We are happy to hear the great feedback…..our players are loving the fresh new surface and enjoy being back on the courts. 🎾🎾

…but they weren’t the only ones enjoying the morning! Some of our local wildlife stopped by for a little breakfast on the grass while keeping an eye on the action.
