I spoke to some guys at USA Lacrosse this week and they were really helpful. Going to make some calls and see if we can set up a flex6 club locally. It's lacrosse with no pads but you can use proper sticks or PE sticks. It helps with stick skills and is much less cost prohibitive to start. Going to reach out to the high school and Y sometime this month. Will keep updating as things develop.
