USA SWIMMING REGISTRATION IS OPEN! 🏊‍♀️

The 2026–2027 season begins next week, and now is the time to make sure your USA Swimming registration is complete!

Meets are an important part of our sport. Everything we do in practice is specific and helps prepare swimmers to be more efficient, stronger, and faster when they race. 💪🏊‍♂️

If your swimmer is in Bronze or above, USA Swimming registration is required.

If your swimmer is in Blue Group and plans to attend meets, they should also register with USA Swimming. We have plenty of meets that are appropriate for our Blue Group swimmers, including some close-to-home meets that are only one session.

We encourage our Blue Group swimmers to consider trying a couple of meets this season and experiencing what all that hard work in practice is preparing them for!

The first Tuesday after Labor Day marks the official start of our 2026–27 swim season, and we’re excited to get back in the water! 💙

📅 September 8–11 Practice Schedule

Please take a look at the schedule for your pool and training group so you know when and where to be for the first week.

🚨 ERIE POOL SCHEDULING CHANGE:

The Erie pool is not available on Tuesday, September 8 in the evening.

➡️ Gold Group: Practice Tuesday morning, 5:30–7:00 AM

➡️ Blue, Bronze & Silver Groups: First practice will be Wednesday, September 9

Our 2026–27 PWR Swimming enrollment is underway! 🎉

📅 GROUP 2 — TODAY
⏰ Registration is open from 8:00 AM today through 8:00 AM Thursday.

Group 2 is for all current 2025–26 PWR members.

📅 GROUP 3 — FRIDAY
⏰ Registration opens at 8:00 AM Friday.

Group 3 will be open to everyone who has not already registered during Groups 1 or 2, including new families.

👉 No registration link will be needed on Friday. Simply log in to your Captyn account and complete your registration.

If you are registering today, check your email for the registration link and make sure to register during the Group 2 enrollment window.

🏊‍♀️⭐ PWR JULY SWIMMER OF THE MONTH — RAELYNN! ⭐🏊‍♀️

Please join us in congratulating Raelynn, our PWR Swimmer of the Month! 💙

Raelynn has had an outstanding summer, continuing to raise the bar and show just how much potential she has.

At Sectionals, Raelynn delivered an incredible pair of swims in the butterfly:

🏊‍♀️ 50 Butterfly — 15–16 PWR Record & futures cut

🏊‍♀️ 100 Butterfly — 15–16 PWR Record & futures cut

She also added:

🏊‍♀️ 50 Freestyle — 15–16 & PWR Team Record

🏊‍♀️ 100 Freestyle — 15–16 PWR Record

And at the Lake Erie Open, Raelynn continued her record-setting performances with a 100 Freestyle PWR Team Record and 15–16 record.

But Raelynn is more than her times and records.

Coach Gregg says:

“We are so happy to have Raelynn on our team. She is super talented and she is a great girl, always smiling and nice to everyone. She is just starting to figure out how fast she can be!” 💙

We couldn’t agree more. Raelynn brings talent, positivity, and a great attitude to the pool every day — and we’re excited to see what’s ahead.

Congratulations, Raelynn! Keep pushing, keep smiling, and keep discovering just how fast you can be! ⭐

🏊‍♀️2026–27 SHORT COURSE MEET SCHEDULE—TENTATIVE

We’re looking ahead to the 2026–27 short course season! Here’s our tentative meet schedule as Coach Gregg continues to finalize the details.

📌 Please note: Meet selections, dates, locations, and other details are subject to change. Official time standards will be released soon.

One thing we do know:
🌴 Florida meets: Swimmers need to make one BB cut to be eligible to swim all 50/100 events.

We’ll share more information—including official time standards and additional meet details—as soon as they are available.
