It's such a simple question, but one that made me stop and think.

How often do we fill our calendars with appointments, responsibilities, and commitments to everyone else...
..while forgetting to make time for ourselves?

☀️ SUMMER SUNDAY ☀️

Summer has a way of making us think the best memories have to come from the biggest plans.

But when I look back, it's usually the little moments I remember most.

A beautiful sunset.

A walk with Shadow.

Fresh flowers.

A good conversation.

An ice cream cone.

Laughing with someone you love.

Sitting quietly on the porch with a cup of tea.

Those are the moments that quietly become part of our story.

This week, don't wait for the "big" moments to enjoy your summer.

Notice the little ones.

They matter too.

Do you believe your story is written in permanent ink or ✏️ pencil?
We all carry stories we’re believing about ourselves, our lives, and what’s possible. But here’s the thing… you can change the story. 🤯
I used to believe the story that “it’s hard to make money.”
👉 “Money doesn’t grow on trees.”
👉 “If you want to be successful, you’ve got to work hard.”
That story created a belief: 𝑖𝑓 𝐼 𝑑𝑖𝑑𝑛’𝑡 𝑤𝑜𝑟𝑘 ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑑, 𝐼 𝑤𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑𝑛’𝑡 𝑏𝑒 𝑠𝑢𝑐𝑐𝑒𝑠𝑠𝑓𝑢𝑙. So, guess what? It was hard — because we will always create what we believe.
But here’s the shift: I realized those weren’t 𝑓𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑠 — they were just opinions passed down by others. And there’s plenty of evidence that people succeed without it being a constant grind.
When I changed my story, I changed my life. 🌟

Do you want more abundance?

Here’s a great way to start shifting into more. Notice the abundance all around you, including that which you already have in your life.

✨ Clothes in your closet
✨ Food in you kitchen
✨ Family & friends
✨ Leaves on the trees

Abundance is all around us & when we open our eyes & minds to see it things shift.

On my walk today l made a point of seeing all the abundance & beauty around me. Give it a try this week.🌳
