We are excited to celebrate the 4th of July with our community this year by participating in BOTH the Moroni and Mt. Pleasant Independence Day Parades! We will also be doing a demonstration at the Mt. Pleasant park at 1:45pm!🥋🔥

🔥 What an incredible week at our Summer Sparring Seminar! 🥊💥

Our students brought the energy, the effort, and the determination every single day. We spent the week sharpening what we already knew, learning new strategies, built confidence, and pushed each other to improve.

A big highlight of the seminar was welcoming our special guest instructor, Sensei Kohlter who shared valuable techniques, insights, and experience with our students. It was an amazing opportunity to learn from someone from our other location!

Thank you to everyone who made this seminar such a success—we're already looking forward to the next one! 👊💚
