We are back this weekend on SUNDAY morning at 9am! Meeting at the Buckley skate park. Come join us for a run on the trail. All levels welcome, you don’t have to go far or fast - just showing up is a huge step in the right direction. If you’ve been curious, now is the time 😎 Hope to see you there!

Definitely a successful morning, even after getting absolutely dumped on with that rain.

Always good to see some new faces out there too. Appreciate everyone who showed up and made it a good one.

8AM at Buckley Skate Park. We’ll get some miles in, then head over to Wellhouse for coffee, food, sauna + cold plunge.
