This space was designed to teach these classes! We are on our second week of BE Strong LIFT which is a small group strength training group that incorporates main and functional lifts along with core and mobility work. A new section of the class will begin Monday Feb 9th at 5:15PM. Classes will run in 4 week cycles 2x a week with a Friday make up/add on day at 11am. PM to reserve a spot.

The Beginner Senior Strength and Mobility class begins tomorrow, meeting Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am. This class blends a full body strength program, that improves mobility and balance with emphasis on bone density training. Class will be held at the Sports Center behind Safeway at the end of Holmes. Please bring a mat or towel and 3-5lb dumbbells(extras available).
