I understand we play on a public park, but these signs are here for a reason. Dogs are not permitted on any of the baseball or softball fields located on either side of the park. Both fields 7&8 behind the football field has paw prints scattered throughout the infields, as well as holes dug. The plugs that cover the holes for the pitchers mound were all pulled out and one looked like it was attempted to be buried in the infield. Not only do we rely on our amazing township employees to maintain our parks, it is our VOLUNTEER coaches’ responsibility to prepare the field for every game as well. It also costs our non-profit organizations money to replace damaged equipment. Please be courteous and adhere to the park’s rules on this matter. Thank you. East Pennsboro Youth Athletic League

Good luck to our 8u and 12u teams at their respective Spring Tournaments this weekend. 8u Tournament will be hosted by Upper Allen at Winding Hill Park and the 12u Tournament will be hosted by Red Land at Roof Memorial Park. Let’s go, Panthers! 🧡🖤🥎

Thanks to everyone who came out to show support to the ladies at Penn St. Harrisburg! And special thank you to the staff and players for having us! The girls loved being on the field and asking questions (even though they were shy ☺️). We all had a great time 🧡🖤🥎

This Saturday, April 4th, all of our softball players are invited to attend the Penn St Harrisburg v. Penn St Berks doubleheader, starting at 1pm, second game at 3pm. After the 1pm game, there will be a Q&A session with the student athletes. The girls will have a chance to pick the brains of these collegiate athletes about what to expect on and off the field! Admission is free and all players and families are encouraged to attend!

While this week was SUPPOSED to be the start of our season, Mother Nature had other ideas. We only had all 4 seasons on Monday! With that being said, hopefully next week will be better.

As we roll into this year, here are a few important dates to remember.

Spirit wear store is currently open, staying open until 3/29.

Opening Day will be 4/12, with photos being taken at 9am prior to the event.

We will be selling Marianna’s subs for our fundraiser, with forms being due on 4/22, sub pickup on 5/7.

Now, if only this rain would subside…
