What is everyone doing for your workouts? Here was mine today:
30 minute Peloton ride (hit and hills with Kendall),
3 x 10 pull ups,
100 pushups (20 at wake up, 3x20 during workout, 20 at 4 pm),
3x12 bicep curls,
3x15 shoulder press,
3x10 2 way shoulder raise,
3x12 row (each side)
3x12 bicep kickback (each side),
3x12 decline tricep extension.

I lost 9 lbs this week. I came back from winter break feeling heavy, slow, and unhealthy. Starting last Sunday I starting eating healthy. I gave myself 1500 calories a day + my workout. Days I didn't finish my calories, I took 50% and added it to my next days allowance. Also veggies were all free calories (I didn't log them) and I gave myself 2 servings of fruit a day. Here is my food diary from yesterday. Anyone else on a health kick for 2019? What are you doing?

I may be late to the Chia Seed Pudding party, but I recently decided to cut sugar candy & simultaneously add more protein to my diet and discovered it. So easy to make & great sweet treat to end (or begin) the day. Mix all ingredients together & put into fridge for a few hours or overnight.
