We kicked off our 12th season tonight with 11 teams and 30 bowlers! Welcome back everyone, and welcome to the league Jason! Did you know you can join anytime? So if you missed tonight, feel free to join us next week! We kept a few groups of 2 so that new bowlers won’t be left out.

Tonight we chose teams and celebrated birthdays! High score tonight was Adam with 171 on his 1st game! Thomas was close behind him with 166. Steven received the free small drink for good sportsmanship.

Team names are in the captions under each picture! One team missing a picture, but I will get them next week!

We celebrated our awesome bowlers tonight. Thank you to all the bowlers, Flinthills Lanes, agencies, staff, and family members for another awesome 10 weeks! I only got pictures of the people who received awards tonight. It was a little chaotic!

Tonight we added a new award: The turkey medal for all bowlers who get a turkey (3 strikes in a row. So far we’ve given 4 turkey medals! Congratulations Alvina on getting a turkey tonight!!!

All bowlers received awesome bowling pin keychains personalized with their name (Thank you Shelly Lutes)! All bowlers also got to pick a prize from our prize boxes.

Next week we will start session 12, and everyone can choose new teams or stick with the same team if they’d like. I will post that flyer tomorrow.

Reminder: Tomorrow night is our pizza party & awards for session 11! We can’t wait to celebrate our bowlers!

Please note: free pizza is for the bowlers who have paid for all 10 weeks only. The snack bar is open for everyone else.

For some reason a lot of our bowlers struggled to finish the 2nd game tonight, but we made it through! Next week will be better because it’s party time! I can’t wait to celebrate all our bowlers and their accomplishments this session.

Tonight’s high score belonged to Adam with a 132 and 172! Thomas scored 114 and 167! Great job guys!

Tonight’s free drink for sportsmanship went to Neal!

I’m so sorry, I forgot to post high scores last week! Thomas was the high scorer with 154 and 183, but Lexie was close behind with 170 and 147! Tonight is our last night of this session. Next week we party!!!

Another great night bowling! A lot of our bowlers competed in the state special Olympics bowling competition in Shawnee over the weekend. They were all excited to tell us about their scores and medals. Sounds like they all did amazing!

Malcolm was our high scorer last night with 163 on his first game. Thomas scored 160 on his 2nd game. Lexie scored 144 on her 1st game.

Thanks again for getting there early! Last night ran so smoothly; we started at 5:00, and were completely done by 6:30!

This week’s high score was Malcolm with 147 with 3 strikes and 3 spares
Lexie had 142 with 2 strikes and 5 spares
Christian had 134 with 1strike and 6 spares
Brayden scored 132 (unfortunately, I wasn’t quick enough to see how many strikes and spares for him)
I’m unsure of Thomas’ scores. I took a picture of the screen, but it was too blurry to read.

Justin received a free drink this week for good sportsmanship
